Me and my bf bring our kids here on weekends we’re bored and wanna just get away, and I had a minor issue the first time there but it was handled besides that my stay was perfect!! So I went back and that stay was perfect! We will be going back again!! I feel bad for Alyssa at the front desk she has her hands full, Juggling multiple jobs at once, but I can say she get the job done great and In a timely manor!! They better pay her good or give her a raise!!!
If you have to ask to have the common area bathroom trash cans emptied... Just saying.

Stay for 2 nights recently rooms were spacious and clean however there was animals that stayed on the same floor as us blasting music all night, drinking openly, cursing, knocking on peoples doors my 2 young children up all night been coming here for 4 years will never spend a dollar here ever again
We were quite pleased to walk into the bar after not having been in in quite a while to find our favorite bartender, Tim, is back! He is awesome. Our drinks and our meal were fabulous, as always! And it's a nice quiet spot after a long day to relax, unwind, and grab a bite to eat and a cocktail.
My husband, son and I stayed here for 2 nights.. 11/9- 11/10 and I have to say we really loved this hotel... We were here for CTCA and I couln't find one complaint about it from the check in, hotel room, the dinner they put on, the breakfast buffet they had to the checkout! If the CTCA puts us back in this hotel I would love it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
I highly recommend Anyone who's looking for a Beautiful hotel to stay at while in Philadelphia, to book a room here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and comfortable, there's a indoor pool and fitness center. And there's also a game room. We Really enjoyed the time spent there, and will definitely return.
