By far the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in, No hot water in the morning! So we could not get showered, The Breakfast was so Bad we could only drink the coffee and orange, and then we got a bill of $12 each! We will not stay in this Hotel ever again!! Bad Bad place,
The service issues where many. The night staff was not customer oriented. Then we talked to management of the issues, just got empty promises of compensation. The sleep number beds advertised where not comfortable at all. Just a host of issues and problems! I will never come back to this hotel and I willl tell my friends don't waste your time here.
Great customer service, clean rooms, restaurant and lounge off the charts! I will most definitely use these people again!!!
