We had a family gathering in the area. Some stayed at hotel, and we met there during their stay. We also used this hotel many Times before. This time the staff was out of sorts. Didn't know what to do, pool was cold, water in pool an spa smelt bad, bar tender took forever, bar had to go to front desk for change, room musty
My daughters and I were there to Celebrate my birthday. The Hotel is centrally located to shopping and entertainment. The staff was friendly and our accommodations were great. I look forward to my next visit.
