Though the employees are nice, the wait time is horrendous! There was only one person in the waiting room and we sat for over 30 mins. The staff should be making patients aware that the wait time for x-rays are very long. Instead they just say have a seat. Sorry but that id unprofessional.
I was greeted by Marissa upon entering the Radiology Dept. I explained her I was very nervous I had a not so good experience taking the angio-cat-scan. She immediately put me at ease and a frightening experience became a good experience. Marissa is an asset to the department and to the hospital. She is professional and knows her job. I can't thank her enough for helping me through this. Thank you Marissa.
