Less than one star is not available so here it one star. I have been trying for weeks to get the out of pocket cost for a procedure and have spent more time on hold and waiting for a response than I have. No one can tell me or will return my calls regarding this.
It was the most horrific experience ever. He terminated procedure halfway through and said it was moderately successful without explanation. Which left me feeling like a walking time bomb & black & blue from hip to hip. I would thin twice before going to him or Memorial Regional Emergency. Since then we changed all our doctors to Broward General.
