Almost impossible to schedule an appointment with this service provider. My doctor sent a request for an MRI to be scheduled more than three weeks ago and I've never been contacted. I've called multiple times and after waiting half an hour every time to speak with someone, I get hung up on. I've contacted their online request for a call back and still no return call after 2 days. The first time I used them, it was the same story. Very difficult to speak with scheduling. The guy who answer the phone for appointments will keep on hanging up every time you call. ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
