I consider my experience at Radial to be among the greatest and most important ones of my lifetime. Each staff member I interacted with was uniquely professional. Iana, Heidi, Katelyn, Josh, Lacey and Jessica treated me with the utmost kindness, which made my journey a success. Thank you for celebrating me in such a comfortable and serene environment.
I highly recommend this place! They really care about their patients and they offer newer treatments for depression and anxiety that aren’t offered many other places in the area. I did TMS with them and the technicians were very thoughtful and caring. I’m now doing Spravato treatment with them as well and they have a really nice set up with comfortable, private rooms. The Spravato nurse is also amazing! My only complaint is that they don’t do medication management so I have to see another provider for that.
This place changed my life. Not just because of the treatment but because of the people. The people make this place what it is. On that note the treatment worked miracles for me… my depression symptoms have lessened to the point I barely get that deep dark hopelessness anymore. Thank you guys so much. Y’all changed my life..
I had a great experience working with Jaidyn at Radial in Myrtle Beach. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled smoothly. Jaidyn communicated clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s obvious she takes pride in her work and truly values her clients. I highly recommend asking for Jaidyn if you’re working with Radial—you’ll be in excellent hands.
