Customer service was great. I found what I needed quickly.
I bought a fas top travel package here on May 13th, 2024. They told me they would receive in within 1 to 2 weeks, but it wasn't until today, June 24th, that they installed it on my truck. Not only that, but they left a hefty scratch on my vehicle and did not tell me until I was checking out my vehicle in the parking lot of their store. In the video on the website, it shows straps that are able to hold up the sides of my fas top topper, but those are also nowhere to be found.
