Thought these guys knew what they were doing. Made a 3 hour trip for an install of a tonneau cover. Get there and the technician can’t find the cover to install because they made a mistake identifying the correct tonneau for this vehicle. They probably do a good job but not for me, hence the 1 star.
Jeremy at the Oakdale store was great. He showed me the different toppers for my super duty and explained the options. He said the manufacture was 7-10 weeks out. He called after 4 weeks and installed it a few days after that. He was at the store alone but still got the topper installed in the time he told me it would take. I love it and it looks great.
Had a heavier duty slide out installed. Whole process of ordering and swapping out was fast with no issues. Highly recommend.
Friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and did a great job on my truck.
Very friendly and helpful group, no matter which employee(s) are waiting on you. I had a small mixup on my topper order and they rectified things immediately and with a smile. I would highly recommend this location.
