RAD computers helped me figure out what was wrong with my computer and, when I opted to get a new laptop instead of fixing the old one, even helped me pick out one that would work best for me. Service was quick, professional, and friendly. I'm really grateful for the help and would use this company again.
Mark was so helpful in helping me find a computer in my budget that met and exceeded the requirements I was looking for! In the end, I bought a refurbished computer and it is working great!! 100% recommend him to anyone needing repairs, a new computer, etc. We will absolutely be using him again in the future!
Mark picked out my parts and built my PC and did a fantastic job! Not only does it run perfectly (it's been a few months and I have not had a single problem with it), but it also looks super sexy. He made the decision to put the LED lights on the outside and it looks fantastic. Plus, his girlfriend gave me homemade pumpkin cheesecake when I went to pick it up. Talk about stellar service! RAD Computers went above and beyond my needs. Brought in my computer for just a simple issue with my screen flickering and picked up my computer with all new cord management and he even redid my lighting! Couldn't be more thankful.
Thanks for saving my computer Mark! Had a power supply im my PC fail on a sunday morning and he invited me to his house and fixed it in no time. Made it back in time for some gaming and football! You're the best.
