Awesome experience!!!. They fixed my laptop quickly and Mark loaded some extra software for me. They're easy to deal with, very friendly and know what they're doing .

This business is a real gem! A friend referred me to RAD Computers when my son's gaming laptop developed a problem. I messaged Mark through the company's FB page and heard back from him immediately. I was able to take the laptop to him that day and got it back repaired within 24 hours, which is amazing! He was thoroughly transparent during the entire process--I even got to watch him diagnose the problem (and ask him questions) through his Twitch livestream, which was so cool!
