We love this place! Great food and great service! We've never waited long for food or drinks. Everyone is always on their game! We've even used the banquet facilities and everything was flawless. The managers were very accommodating and friendly, the servers were attentive and the bartenders we're nice and speedy. We'll keep coming back!

My wife was sexually assaulted by a man on the dance floor and the bouncer blamed her as well as kicked her for defending herself. And also lied to the police when they were questioned about the guy that the bouncer knew and they refused to give up his name and told him to get in his car and leave while my wife was telling them to call the police. They BLAMED my wife for it and told her it was her fault. Absolutely NOT a place for women. No respect what so ever
Had a great time at friends 50th Birthday, the Staff was very friendly & the food was excellent !!
we were having a good time with a great band & were asked to leave because my fiance was dancing with my.girlfriend & accidentally lost their balance & fell...the manager(I guess that's what she was) made an issue & asked us to leave. We have gone to Racks many times and never had an issue, but will think twice before going back. And also our bill was $xx.18. instead of rounding down, they rounded it up to the nearest dollar, which wasn't an issue, cause it didn't really matter, but does now because of how we were treated.
First time visiting.... great live band “Cool With Me”... good food, great crowd....excellent staff. I wil be back!
