Racks hosted an “Ice Princess” and “Web Man” night geared towards small children. Great idea, right? Well, not so much when you choose to have it in a CIGARETTE SMOKE FILLED ROOM! Absolutely ridiculous. I just sat though the worst meal of my life while witnessing my 4 year old, 2 year old, and 4 months old breath in terrible smoky air.
