This place is a hidden gem. Unique and tasty food. Definitely a place to come by during happy hour.. or just anytime. I love their "Millionaire Mac & Cheese"
I had been disappointed in the past so I tried Racks again. The staff was welcoming and friendly. My Cuban sandwich had a small amt of little burnt pieces of meat in it. The fries did not appear to be freshly made. I wanted the ribs but they wouldn't switch out the kale cole slaw. My drink with house liquor cost almost as much as my entree. Expensive and not great. Maybe I order the wrong thing when I'm there? Not worth $30 + tip for lunch.
If there was a choice for zero stars I would give it but there's not! Two of my children have food allergies so I called ahead to check about the menu options and they were very accommodating on the Phone. When I arrived I told our server right away about the allergies and she assured us all was well. We ordered our meals and ate the yummy pretzel Appetizer when we were checked in on by an assistant manager. This place was amazing! Try the calamari and the sushi was awesome - I had one with shrimp tempura and spicy tuna and it was AWESOME! My boyfriend had the Meatloaf and he couldn't stop talking about it! We are definitely coming to visit whenever we are in town! It was PHENOMENAL! The atmosphere too was just WOW! � it was very yummy! �
Went there for brunch did not have a good experience, Food was drastically subpar to dinners i have had there in the past. Food came out COLD and was not prepared to the standard that Racks has provided in the past. I have also reached out 2 times to restaurant management with no reply. Poor communication of restaurants part. Skip For Brunch
Service was very bad, waited for over an hour then waiter said he forgot about our order.
