Food was very good. Staff and service were amazing. They seem were proud of who and where they work. Very nice. Will definitely go again. It's not a rib place as the name implies, the owner's name is Mr. Rack.
Amazing food and staff, the GM went above and beyond. First time there, highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic place to dine.
We were here last year,for Thanksgiving we sat outside. The waiter was tired and cranky, he just wanted us to leave so he could home. The food was okay at best. The only reason why we went back was because, they phoned us the following year asking if we would like to join RACKS . 2nd experience, service ok at best, the turkey was so dry we barely could eat it! The soup was nice and the shrimp cocktail was good.. needless to say we will not be joining racks for Thanksgiving next year.Forgot to mention the 2 very young hostess... read more

I had been to this restaurant many years ago when it first opened but it was not RACKS, my family and 3 other friends decided we didn't want to cook and they picked this place for dinner. it was a fabulous choice for Thanksgiving !!! we got there and had a drink at the bar, we were sat at our table for 6 at our time of 5:30. service was excellent from the bartenders to The Host to the servers. just six of us we could have a great conversation the noise level was not bad at all. 4 out of 6 people in my party were traditionali... read more

This whole experience was excellent, courteous personnel, and the food wow, really awesome, the French onions soup is out of this world, by far the best I ever had, and I order this everywhere I go that has it. We were all very impressed, and will definitely come back for more !!!! �
