This place is a hop, skip, and a jump from my house, so we decided to try it out. First and for most, I would say just be a little more organized. They had to find someone to seat us then we sat for 5 minutes waiting for our server, (which wasn't our servers fault, because they didn't tell her that we were sat). The rolls were extremely good. We celebrated our 34th anniversary here. It was wonderful! The steak melted in our mouths. Tasted superb!! The drinks are outstanding too!!

Group of approximately 20 people for luncheon. Chicken was cold in the center. Coffee was cold. Wait staff did absolutely nothing...left dirty dishes on the table in front of some of our party. Left over items of Pasta & Sauce was packaged up with no Meatballs included. We know that there were Meatballs left over. They also only gave half of the left over Chicken to us. Over all we are very disappointed in our meal & service at Rachel's Restaurant.
Everything was delicious down to the dessert.
Rachel’s was recommended to us by a friend. He was so confident we would like it that he said if we weren’t happy with our meal he would pay the bill so we booked our New Years Eve dinner for 10 here. Needless to say, he didn’t have to pay the bill! It was not only good, it was FANTASTIC!!!!! The service was incredible and the food was excellent! I would definitely recommend this place!!
I want to thank Debbie and Les and all of the staff that helped to make our surprise birthday party such a success. They set everything up perfectly, the food was hot and delicious, and the service was outstanding. Their attention to detail and care for how our event went was amazing. Thanks so much!
