Dr. Frank's team seems to be extremely integrated- every person I've dealt with has obviously been in contact with each other with respect to diagnosis and treatment options regarding my torn rotator cuff and surrounding muscles and tendons. I had a great experience with Dr. Rachel Frank and her team. I went to her and to get a second opinion, and I found her to be professional and highly capable. I ended up proceeding with surgery with her and had excellent results. I hope I don’t have any knee issues in the future but if I do, I will be going to her.
Amazing experience!!! Dr Rachel Frank and her entire team are absolutely incredible. I travelled to Colorado from Chicago for ACL surgery and would do it all over again just to come to Dr Frank. Her and her team have been nothing but supportive, flexible, communicative, and helpful. I feel like they truly go above and beyond in their patient care. They made me feel comfortable and confident before and after my surgery. My expectations were more than exceeded!
Amazing staff and very responsive, professional and knowledgeable! Great bed side manner that showed amazing care and concern for my situation and injuries. Would highly recommend!
