I took my Fusion in for a recall issue and this is the Ford dealership I will using from now on!! Great customer service and very friendly!! Raceway Ford of Hartsville is simply amazing. I went here for my first car, back in 2013. When I couldn't find anything of my liking, Mr. Darrian and Mr. Maurice went above and beyond to find me the car I wanted after weeks and weeks of searching they found me several cars of my liking! In 2016, Mr. Darrian sold me a 2016 Silver Ford Escape SE and I absolutely love that car! The men at Raceway Ford are always so helpful when I go to the dealership! I have only dealt with Raceway on a couple of occasions. Took my stepdad's truck for service job and went there for a part for my wife's car. Very friendly and courteous! Also was just out looking one day and the people I talked to were very nice and helpful!
Great Sales and service department. Even though I don't drive a ford or Chevrolet the service department never lets me down. Love all those guys
