Along with others, I was floored by the poor customer service and ability to over promise and under achieve. My husband and I purchased a new 2016 Ford Explorer from the Hartsville location. Well they dropped the ball on my very first car I bought !! And they can't back up most of of they say,just all around bad customer service !wasn't a happy camper when I drove off the lot! Disappointment
