Worst service I've ever had. The management was very rude and violent. I will never visit Action Ford or the Chevrolet Buick dealer ships in Hartsville because they are owned by the same people. The manager at both refused to assist me and I was told by the Action Ford to leave HIS building. On a good note I went to Cheraw SC and that dealership was great but it's being managed and is owned by someone else.
Don't waste you time here drive the extra mile and go to Cheraw.
