You have by far the WORST car wash in town. It used to be great and i got a membership but it has turned out to be a broken down place. The past 2 times I visited were the 2 worst car washes I have ever had. The tunnel is usually broken and not operating correctly and the vacuums haven't worked in a long time. This is a very very poorly run business! I will be canceling mine and my wife's memberships and getting one at the other place down the street. Just went through there for the first time and the sides looked clean... however, the back is completely dirty still! Such a waste of money. 😡 Smh

I was so excited to use this car wash as it is very close to me. The first time using it I had received a very small scratch on my hood. I decided to give it another try as maybe just something was caught in the brushes. This time the scratch got deeper and bigger. I spoke to a worker, filled out a report was told I would be contacted by phone call in 7 days. I have had a fast pass for a long while and I wanted to talk to the manager ..‘I ask if someone above him was there and the GM was but he wouldn’t come out to visit with me ... the service has gotten worse each time I go... all the workers are sitting in a Lil room and don’t come out to help .. when there is a line no one come out to help people... what I pay for I am not getting. Customer service and attention to detail have completely gone down hill since the buy out!!! The charges are really high for all services!
