bad experience on my last visit. The manager talked me into having my coolant fluid flushed along with an oil change. The guy working on my car broke the high pressure hose going to the resevoir. They acted like it didn’t happen and sent me on my way. By the time I got home the engine was smoking and leaking antifreeze all over my new cement driveway, staining it. This place should be closed permanently. I have tried to wash my car for five days, for one reason or another they are closed. This afternoon I tried to get a wash , 4.30 pm doors down drive blocked, no one there. I have a fast pass on 3 cars. If you can't use it why bother.

First time at Take 5 Car Wash. Steve B signed me up really fast. Later on noticed a car part fell off the front. I went back to Take 5 Car wash and Steve B was so awesome in looking for the part and found it. He had excellent memory and knew I was there earlier went all the way out to find the part and showed me what happened. I will be back again because Take 5 take care of their customers.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I had a terrible experience with this Take 5 Location. The employees told me I could go through and they would turn off their top rollers so I didn't need to remove my roof rack. They turned off the first top roller, but failed to turn off the second. They completely destroyed the roof rack on my car. They had me fill out an insurance form, took full accountability, and said they would send in the claim for fixing. Horrible! Paid $22.00 and this is how it looks. I asked for it to be sent through again and was told I would have to buy ANOTHER wash! I was aghast at that level of customer service. There are plenary other car washes in Kingsport. Leave this one alone.

Went into Car Wash with a 2024 Ram pickup, no problems and then first roller comes down hard and cracks windshield. Explained to attendant what happened. He filled out complaint form and sent it in. Said someone would contact me. No one did. Chatted on website and they said someone would be in touch. Week later no one has called. Chatted with customer service and she escalated problem to upper management. Site calls me 20 mins later and said they reviewed video and said the windshield was already cracked before I entered the... read more
