Damaged our car (snapped the antenna) in the wash and are refusing to replace it. Didn't even offer to comp the wash we paid for where the damage occurred!?Doing the right thing is really not that hard.
RecommendedWe went there this week for the first time. Loved it! Car was so clean, no window streaking and no towel marks! Did you know the vacuums are free??!! Whether you get your car washed or not. My new favorite car wash!

RecommendedI accidentally left something that was inside my vehicle at the vacuum station. once I got home to realize my mistake, I immediately contacted the car wash. Their staff was friendly and held my item in their office until I was able to retrieve the next day. I appreciated their help and friendly staff
