Doctor Lakhani was very professional and nice but unfortunately his surgical staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They made many rude comment and remarks before and during the surgery since it got interrupted due to a previous surgery. I would love to recommend Dr. lakhani but won’t until those staff members have been reprimanded.
Dr. Lakhani is one of the best doctors I have seen in my life, he is very professional and knowledgeable. The way he talks and explain things make the patient feel very comfortable and not in a hurry. We need more doctors like him in the plastic surgery business.
He is the BEST! I have cancer Non Hodgkins Lymphoma in tonsil area. He is a loving & caring Doctor. My family and I.Would. not suggest any one else but .Dr Lacati ENT To everyone.
Brenda in front desk was very rude. Called twice just to ask questions & you can hear the change in the tone of voice when she noticed I was calling back. I think when you’re calling regarding an urgent HEALTH matter, it should be treated with respect and kindness. Even if you’re unable to answer the question, please do better.
This doctor and staff are amazing!!!! I can’t say enough good about them !
