My 3 years old son had been having daily seizures since 4 months of age, not responding to several medications. I visited Dr. Iskander 3 months ago and he diagnosed my son with Lenoux Gastaut Syndrome and started him on medication called Onfi. He seizures are now well controlled. I trust Dr. Iskander experience and recommend him to any mother whose child is having seizures.
I've struggled with Epilepsy for over 12 years. During these years, I've been a patient to other Neurologist"s, and they all seemed to have the same tired conclusion of "Take this medication see ya next time!' Dr. Iskander has been the only one to ever taken an interest in attempting different options to better control any episodes. Him , and his MA's, were very polite and because of their cooperation a VNS implant was approved and hopefully I can safely be seizure free.
Dr. Iskander had been treating my 4 years old daughter with seizures. She use to have 3-4 seizures a day. Dr. Iskander adjust her medications and no she does not have any seizures for 5 months.
Dr. Iskander is the best neurologist. I had seizures for several years after a car accident. Now I am seizure free for more than a year and I finally can drive and have normal life without fear of having a seizure.
