I had been suffering from severe headaches for several years. I was prescribed lots of medications with no improvement. Dr. Iskander diagnosed me with cluster headaches and prescribed me medication called Verapamil and get me oxygen tank to use it when I get my headaches. I got much better.
I have my 8 years old son with Tourette syndrome, who had been having many tics and make lots of noises. Kids in school was making fun of him and he go home crying. Dr. Iskander treated him and he is not having any more tics and I have my child happy again.
Dr. Iskander is great Child Neurologist. He had been treating my 9 years old daughter with epilepsy for 2 years. She is not having any seizures for more than 1 year. She was having daily seizures since 6 months of age and had been to many Neurologists who told me that she will continue to have seizures for the rest of her life. I have my respect for Dr. Iskander.
Dr. Iskander is very good Neurologist. He had been treating me for Myasthenia Gravis for 4 years. He has great experience and he is very patient and give me my time. He had modified my medications. Now I do not feel week any more. I would recommend Dr. Iskander to everyone.
My 8 years old son had been diagnosed with Attention deficit disorder. The teachers told me that he get distracted a lot and cannot concentrate. I visited Dr. Iskander. He examined my child and did an EEG and found he have absence seizures. Dr. Iskander told me that my son having 20-40 silent seizures where he stares into space. He prescribed my Son a medication and my son is now doing very well at school.
I had been having bad headaches for several years and had been prescribed several medications with no improvement. I visited Dr. Iskander who told me because of my headaches that start in the morning with blurry vision mostly I have increased intracranial pressure and he did lumber puncture which showed that my pressure was very high. He put me on medication called Diamox which decrease the pressure in my brain and my headaches improved significantly. Without Dr. Iskander I would have gradually
Dr. Iskander is treating my migraine headaches for 1 year. I was having severe headaches that last several days, that I had to miss many days from work that I almost lost my job. After seeing Dr. Iskander, I am having much less headaches that I am able to function well.
I recommend Dr. Iskander because of his great experience and his professional approach. He really care about me as a patient and give me my time to tell him about my complaints. He is very pleasant and respectful Neurologist.
