Very poor communication and they got info mixed up a lot. My wife still suffers from the brain injury and disabilities from the accident. Their slogan is the insurance company is not on your side which is true. But I didn’t feel Bowden was on our side either, standing up for us. I thought at first impression they were the ones to fight our case but it didn’t turn out that way. They even realized we were not getting handled properly and switched attorneys near the end. Wish we had used someone else.
