I had issues with my order due to an outside company's interference. The flowers they sent me were terrible, but this was not their fault. After calling and complaining, they were SO great. They immediately delivered a new arrangement that was absolutely beautiful!!! Good customer service

Tried to charge me $40.00 for water in a vase.....on Valentines Day! Talk about customer service!!!
I had a problem with an arrangement I ordered thru flowers online (you know the company I'm talking about) and they worked with me and made it right. This was even though they probably made nothing after flowers paid them so little. I will never order on line with flowers again. They keep way to much of the money and pay the florist very little. They charged me $20 delivery and gave the florist $10.
I love the arrangements that I have gotten from this amazing establishment
