**UPDATE: A new beautiful arrangement was delivered to my wife yesterday. Everything was perfect, and she was surprised with the re-delivery. Thank you so much for addressing my concerns and going the extra mile to resolve them. ** The arrangement was lovely and- truly- this is the most important aspect of this gift. So disappointed in this florist shop. I had ordered flowers to be wired from Arkansas to Pensacola for a funeral. Ordered on a Tuesday May 23 for a Friday May 26,2017 funeral. Called to make sure the order was correct because I had special ordered that an angel be included. Friday the day of the funeral The angel was left out.
