Very prompt service, very professional. I've had R&R out twice in the past 10 years. Always the same great service, and always timely. Would recommend 10/10

I highly recommend, it is good to know that there are still good places out there that dont try to over charge and take advantage of people. Very humble and fast. AWESOME! Thanks R&R
I am writing to report a concerning experience during a recent service call to repair a pipe leak at my home. Two plumbers arrived, and both were visibly carrying firearms. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my own home. I found this to be highly unprofessional and inappropriate for a residential service visit. I would appreciate clarification on your company’s policy regarding this matter and ask that steps be taken to ensure a more appropriate and professional experience for customers in the future.”**
