I am writing to report a concerning experience during a recent service call to repair a pipe leak at my home. Two plumbers arrived, and both were visibly carrying firearms. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my own home. I found this to be highly unprofessional and inappropriate for a residential service visit. I would appreciate clarification on your company’s policy regarding this matter and ask that steps be taken to ensure a more appropriate and professional experience for customers in the future.”**
