I personally recommend r and r (highway 55)...like all others i got precious one at home... whether it is small or big problem about my child health , I will get appointment at the same day or sometimes with in 10 mins, as a parent all I want is to seen by professional as soon as possible... because we can't see their struggle(cold,cough,fever,or other) and they don't recommend unnecessary medicines... However, I want to express my disappointment with the way the situation was handled. I feel that the tone of the communication from your staff/you was unnecessarily rude and demanding. I wish I could give zero star. Incorrect billing seems to be normal, but even after understanding their mistake, they are reluctant to rectify. They have rude attitude and not helpful at all. When we started last year, they were good. However, over time it has only gone bad. Doctors are okay, but overall experience is not good.
