Lovely mom and pop place that has great service and good food

Food portions got small
We started eating here for lunch a couple of months ago. It was very good. They have new waitresses all of the time. Now the last two times the burrito hamburger has no flavor. Last time they were very short staffed and the help was bickering between themselves. Hope all gets better there again.
