I chose my Lincoln MKC several years ago because I liked the service that Stoudts and other Lincoln dealers provide. Last week it did not disappoint me as I had an air conditioner problem as I was heading out of town. The service department promptly took care of the problem and I enjoyed my weekend away. Nice place woman to wait for car however the wait was about an hour too long and the price is now way to high for a simple oil change

The average wait time is around an hour or so, depending on the vehicle and whether or not you had an appointment or were a walk in. Your oil change charge is the standard rate and it looks like your last couple of oil changes were about the same price by a couple of dollars. My fiancé and I have been looking for certain pickup for months and Stoudts finally had one come on the lot. We live 340 miles away. Cassie dealt with constant text messages, phone calls, and emails for a few days and answered every question quickly and efficiently. We had a fairly major breakdown traveling through Fargo. My cousin recommended Stoudt for the repairs They had the repairs done quickly and we were on our way in no time!! Big shout out to their G.M Clint Boom, he went out of his way making several phone calls to ensure the highest standards were always first and foremost!!! Keep up the great work guys!!

My wife and I traded her old vehicle for a van a few weeks back. Jeff Grenz was our sales associate! He did a wonderful job for us! He gave us vehicles that fit our description and pice point! I just purchased an ‘09 Tahoe with the help of Cassie Carter. She was great, explaining the differences between vehicles, helping me understand what is new territory for me.
