good work I have been very pleased with the service at Stoudt's. One time I had a coupon for a service and when I picked up my vehicle I had lost the coupon. They gave me the service for free and told me when I found the coupon to just throw it away. It is that kind of honesty and trust that will make me go back. PROS: honest CONS: none

Over Priced and Rude They are EXTREMELY over priced. I bought a truck from Stoudts that cost 52,000, a few weeks later went to Aberdeen and was looking at the Dodge dealer just killing time, identical truck there was 43,000. Another truck I looked at at Stoudts (the options i really wanted) was 61,000 in Aberdeen it was 48,000. I've spent almost 100,000 at Stoudts in the last 2 years, The way Kelly Stoudt talks to people is unreal, had a couple other incidents where dealing with them was less that impressive. Customer satisfaction You won't find a dealership with as much concern for their customers as RM Stoudts. My vehicle means as much to them as it does to me.
RecommendedThis visit was very simple. Early fall in 2020, I received a letter that there was a recall on the backup camera. Then in November I received another letter that parts were available and to call Stoudts. I did just that. I received a couple of calls from Stoudts that they were still waiting for parts and then I got the one this month (March) that the part was in....I made an appointment...brought a book...and within 45 minutes, the new camera or whatever it was, was installed. There customer service is awesome, I greatly appreciate how quickly they helped me get my vehicle in and got it fixed.
After having our tires rotated our Lincoln seemed to have a lot of road noise and was not handling quite right. Hank came and picked it up from my work place and figured out what was wrong. He was very professional and helpful.
