They are amazing! On a long road trip we got bad def gas at a gas station and no one could fit us in but they did and had us in and out in an hour and a half!! �
Just purchased a 2017 F350 Platinum dually from Brian Bertch, saw this truck along the interstate at the dealer as I was passing by Sunday called him and told him I needed a price today because I hade found one in South Dakota I was going after Monday morning he wasted no time and got back to me 630 Monday morning and made the deal at 1130 and by noon I was on my way! I bought an SUV from them and they took forever to send me pictures because I am from Bismarck. But they were very nice and finally got them too me. They did send me a lot of pictures and decided I wanted to vehicle and they did a great job and delivered it. But was not happy AT ALL with the vehicle. The windshield wiper fluid container leaked, blinkers didn't shut off after turning, burn holes all over the doors, headlights were so foggy headlights barely showed up at night, piece missing on the grill, and on top of it all ... read more
Contacted RM Stoudt online over the weekend and was contacted immediately on Monday morning! Andrew was very helpful in describing the vehicle and answered all my questions, including pictures by text! Drove 100 miles for a test drive, was met at the door, and test drove the vehicle within the first 15 minutes! Awesome sales team! Will recommend to friends!
