I've just taken delivery of a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium, the fifth vehicle I've gotten from RM Stoudt, Inc. since 2009 (This is the second brand new one I've gotten; the first was my wife's 2016 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium). I/we have been nothing but pleased with the selection help we've gotten and everything from sales to financing to service. Brian Bertsch, Jim Morris and the Service department have been super to work. My wife and I will definitely be back next year for her next new one, too!
My daughter had a blow out a few miles out-of-town and we needed a tire replaced ASAP. Mike did not have the right size of tire at Quick Lane but was willing to make phone calls around town to find someone who did and have them bring up to the shop. We got the tire replaced within a couple of hours. Thanks Mike for going the extra mile for us.

I've had very good service in general at Quick Lane. Mike is always a great guy for helping out with questions or problems. Had my brake pads replaced in my 2010 Mercury Milan, and so far, no complaints.
