The people were so nice and very efficient! I was recommended to go here by someone else and I see why! They didn't try to pull any nonsense like a lot of places do when they see a woman come in. Will definitely be returning and recommending them to others!
Been a very long time since I've had a positive experience with any auto shop in this general area. Another shop simply threw parts in for a month hoping to solve my issue, costing me a fortune. Finally sent the vehicle to R G Auto and they were able to successfully diagnose and fix the problem. There were a few bumps along the way, and they easily could have screwed me, but I felt they were honest about everything and probably even ate some labor hours at their own expense.
