Ron is a reasonable contractor who almost always answered my phone calls immediately. His workers were also family men who were gentlemen and worked long hours to meet his deadline. His carpenter, Martin, really did beautiful work trying to repair/add moldings to match the originals. The painting also was really nice with shiny white, smooth moldings and smooth, uniform walls with nice lines. Did a great job on two tough ceilings and plaster work. Other contractors would not touch the job. Would hire again and have recommended to friends.
Ron was a pleasure to work with. He was the most efficient, honest, and detailed of all the estimates we got. I would recommend R-Deco to anyone. The paint job was excellent, and was done right on time. We provided very little supervision of the job (we had not yet moved in to the place) and it was done just as we would have hoped. Ron called regularly to give progress reports to keep us informed. Excellent!
The only reason I would write anything other than a stellar review for Ron is that I want to be sure that he, Alberto, and the rest of his crew are available the next time we renovate! Ron is the most honest, hard-working, and helpful contractor we've ever worked with. We just can't fully describe how patient, thoughtful, considerate, and committed he has been. Excellent job! We would like an estimate a little later this year on some interior work. One question; is it normal for the front porch paint to peel off 24 hours after application? The afternoon on the 2nd day the paint peeled and smudged near the front door. Please let me know what I can do to correct it. Thanks again, Kurt Robinson
