R & A Roofing responded promptly to my inquiry. Provided professional advice, free estimates and detailed information about what is to be expected from the company.
He was supposed to repair my roof and said that he guaranteed that my roof would not leak again. A year and a half later I have a leak in the exact same spot and now have more damage to the interior of my home. I called him and it took two weeks before getting a call back and when he came out the first time he said it wasn’t anything he did. Very satisfied with the job done. Courteous, professional on time and neat.
Terrible!! Beware do not hire him!!!! My shingles were incorrectly laid allowing rain water to enter the living room of my home leaving water stains on the ceiling and down my walls!!! He refused to accept accountability. He walked away without solution knowing I did not have this problem before his roofing work!!! He does not strive to please customers. Not to mention he used a different color shingle than what I picked out and when I asked for the invoices he was unable to provide them.
