just what you want in a mechanic Ok, so here's why I'm gonna stick with John at Q Z Cycles. My two major criteria for a good mechanic are first and foremost, honesty and trustworthiness and second, fair prices. I went to him initially just because I heard he was honest. I recently took him my bike again because I'd run it all the way dry (I had it set on the reserve tank) and mucked up the carbs. Great, honest mechanic I've been taking my bike to John for a few months now, most recently for major work to be done. He is a honest mechanic, doesn't beat around the bush and always provides a great service at a great price. John rebuilt my carbs, and at $300 less than quoted everywhere else. You can't beat it.
QZ is the best! We've been taking our bike to John for over a year now and I won't let anyone else touch it. He does great work, is fair, and honest. Don't let anyone else in town work on your bike.
Excellent north Austin mechanic. My single 650 had engine issues. John knew what was wrong when he heard it. Obviously knew what he was doing when he fixed it. Told me what it would cost for parts and didn't get bent when I provided some of my own. 2nd time at his shop his Inventory of surplus bike parts rescued me and saved a bunch of time and money. Very reasonable on tires and mounting. More than fair. Generous. Thanks.
Excellent service - honest advice John offers excellent knowledge and service. Gives you honest advice on what needs to be done now and what can wait. Gives you a fair price for services and parts. Won't take my bikes anywhere else. Highly recommend QZ Cycle.

Great Service - Great Price John does excellent work, goes the extra mile to make sure its done right the first time and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for services rendered. He did a very good job on my wife's 94 Yamaha Virago 750, it now runs GREAT! If you have a Metric bike, take it to Q Z Cycle.
QZ really knows Cycles I was referred to this shop by another repair center that denied my '69 Honda because it was too old. Upon walking into the garage of QZ Cycle, I was awstruck with the vast display of classic motorcycles ranging from a '45 Indian to a '75 Yamaha Cruiser. Top Notch Service !! Highly recommended, great work with fair prices. They offer personalizes service and always does extra to make sure your bikes is top notch with out the added costs you most other places would charge.
