Professional, reasonable and honest. After buying a 2004 Honda VFR800 recently, I needed to find a reliable and local mechanic to check a couple of dents on the rims of the front tire and future service needs. Though we lived over 40 miles away on the opposite side of Austin, when I called and spoke to Zach, I had the feeling I will be in good hands. A couple of days later I took my bike there and Zach suggested to leave the front tire alone since the small dents were not big enough to worry. I decided to have the 4,000 Mi. ... read more

Always outstanding I've gone to John and his crew at QZ shop several times. They always do what they say they will do, charge reasonable prices and take care to ensure that your ride is a good as it can be! I recomend this shop to ALL. g.scarbrough

Absolutely the Best! Although they're all about Japanese, John et al were willing to take my Ural Bavarian Classic under their wing and provide quick, perfect, affordable, honest service.

The best cycle shop in texas You want a review? I'll give you a review. Take all of these reviews ( except for China Bike guy) and multiply them by a 100. First, Both John and Zak are the nicest, most professional guys in the world. I took in a wrecked Honda Helix. Several shops said that they didn't want to touch it. Well, I took it to QZ.............and guess what? They gave me a great quote and I let them have it for as long as they needed. The parts came in and John ordered only parts that were necessary. It looks fantas... read more

Where are 10 stars when you need them? I keep going back to John at QZ Cycle whenever I need anything done on my 1985 Honda Rebel. There is a reason I keep going back. John always surprises me with how talented he is. He completely rebuilt a leaky carburetor for me while most would have just bought a new one and happily charged me hundreds of dollars. On top of saving me a ton of money, doing great work, John went into the shop on a Sunday, so I could get my motorcycle back before Monday. What a guy. (Edited October 10, 2011... read more

Don't take your bike ANYWHERE else! John Keyser rocks!!! First visit (2010): I had previously taken my bike to Central Texas Power Sports (in Georgetown) and they had proceeded to screw up just about every aspect of the transaction/repair. What seemed like an easy fix turned in to numerous trips to the shop, ridiculous inconveniences, and an ever-growing bill (not to mention an unheard of list of excuses). Just when I had about thrown in the towel on this bike (my first, by the way), I randomly (and luckily) found John Keyse... read more

Motorcycle repair Q Z cycle was very helpful in determining a shifting issue on my Yamaha Roadstar. A possible multi-thousand dollar issue turned out to just be a lube adjustment on the shifter pivot point. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will use QZ for any future motorcycle assistance which I might require.

Best Mechanic in Austin A few months ago, I purchased a 1983 Honda Shadow VT 750 at a relatively low cost. The seller informed me that he had the bike up and running over a year ago, but had since let it sit in storage. Thinking that all that the bike needed was a good cleaning, and having seen the enormously positive on-line reviews for Q. Z. Cycle, I came in and spoke with John Keyser. Since there were no obvious clues as to why the bike would not run, John suggested that I leave the bike with him, and that he would do a m... read more

Relax......just take you bike here! My 99 VFR needed some repair and after checking around saw that Q Z had some good reviews. Called and John took my bike in on "Sunday". He fixed the problem, found a few other things that needed attention and took care of them too. Basically, he treated my bike like it was his. Good work, fair price. Highly recommend QZ.
