Staff was amazing! Very friendly place, I was in and out the door within two hours and that was with an X-ray
this is my primary care facility and it is the best experience I have ever had with a medical facility. Alyce always greets everyone that comes in with a smile and makes them comfortable. She goes above and beyond customer service. The doctors show treat you with the utmost respect and concern and actually help you with your problems. All I can do is say thank you.
Amazingly efficient and caring. Alyce is great with an amazing skill in customer service.
The entire staff was friendly and helpful except for the actual provider. He was kind of rude and didn’t really listen to some of my concerns. Other than that, the rest of the staff was wonderful. They were fast and welcoming. The place was clean. I’d recommend them. I heard they have another provider.
I was very sick and upset about the ridiculous charge of $201. I looked at the website prior to going and it said it was affordable... $201 is not affordable. Anyways the first nurse I saw told me the tests I needed were not included in the $201 and would be extra. I expressed my displeasure with the cost and the nurse practitioner, I think his name is Heath but could be Keith, went off on me.
