RecommendedFirst off Megan greets me with such kindness. She also always answers my questions on phone or in person. Appointment times can vary but the front desk staff assures you’re going to get cared for. All of the staff always tells you what to expect that day. My only minimal negative is I can hear the karate studio next door makes me wonder if they can hear me.
Sara was sooooo helpful and amazing having two kids and trying to call my insurance company while the baby was screaming dad offered to come take him and hold him for me ! The staff is always so nice and I never feel rushed. Thank your fountain quick care for always being there and thank you Sara !!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The front desk personnel were nice and professional, however, it is downhill from there. I spent the entire day before in the ER. When the doctor arrived in my room he left the door wide open, announcing that they didn't have what I was looking for there and if I needed stronger painkillers that I needed to go back to the ER. He was in my room 30 seconds at most (didn't even introduce himself, otherwise I'd announce his name on here). He treated me like a drug addict and a criminal. I'm o... read more
The turn about rate here is pretty high. This is the first time I have come back in a year's time and had the same PCP. But my biggest issue is that I make an appointment, wait a month to be seen, get here early for said appointment, only to watch people who walk in get immediate service. I would understand if they were emergencies, but having a cough is NOT an emergency. It isn't even a reason to see the dr. I have been waitimg for over an hour after waiting an entire month to be seen and this is RIDICULOUS.

I give the place -10 stars They have a whack out drug addict abuser at the front desk Wendy. They are law breakers with the hippaa laws and Medicaid fraud, also, and have a girl there talking about patient 's confident medial history on the front phone. Dont provide an office to conduct business like that? They have to talk in front of patients who are in waiting are. Wrongs done by this company behind closed doors should be investigated a they need to be out of our state!!!; signed Anonymous!
I arrived to visit family, but I had a painfully sore throat. They checked me for strep and diagnosed a sinus infection. Three days later I was good as new. Great staff. Quick service.
