Can someone please tell me..... WHY we allow companies like Quiza Management LLC to be DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE and we continue to do business with them? Do the board of directors of our HOAs pick companies like this because they are CHEAP? I don't know because its definitely NOT for the customer service. December 2015 I sent and email and photos to Quiza Management about the tree that is in my front yard. The sap, petals, and buds that drop from the tree causes damage to the paint on my car. For 10 months I've been told nothing but lies as to when the tree limbs would be cut back. Each time I've spoken to Hayat Nassar at Quiza, she would tell me to send her an email and photos and that the lawn company will be surveying the property shortly and she'll call be back. Ordered a home resale package and paid an extra $100 for 4 day rush service. On the 5th day I still hadn't received my docs and gave the company a call for an update on my order as well as a refund for the extra $100. The receptionist Vanessa told me they forgot to process my docs and that it would be done in 30 mins, I then asked about my refund for the extra charge and she said they don't give refunds since the money doesn't come to them and I'd have to contact the company I ordered them through.
