No other place I have been knows and understands the science of Raw foods and why it is healthy. There is an alchemy when working with living foods and if you do not understand it you are not making raw food. Quintessence is the only place that server truly healing living raw foods and taste like nothing else in the world.

My favorite restaurant, of any kind. If I lived in NYC, I would be raw vegan for sure!!
