Absolutely the most amazing raw vegan food throughout all of NYC!! Lovely romantic ambient.

Quintessence is the first restaurant that I've EVER visited where I felt I had a real choice! Just two items containing gluten that I noticed on an EXTENSIVE menu. Fresh, delicious, beautifully presented dishes. The attention to detail was off the charts. The seaweed salad was so good that I took an extra portion to have for lunch the next day... I ate it later that night. Yum! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I always need to come here when I come home to visit my family! The food here is impeccable! I love it so much I had to take raw chef Dan's class just to get some ideas for when I left NY & needed my fix! The soups r always on point as is everything else!
