Purchased an additional QR from them recently, and decided to pick it up, instead of having it shipped. Jack was very friendly & knowledgeable. Had on opportunity to see the shop & get a great look at how my SRFive came to life. I would 100% recommend QR bikes and the great folks who work there.
Amazingly Knowledgeable, Helpful & Professionally Attentive Staff. I was helped by TJ. They have beautiful, fast tri bikes plus others.
This company, Quintana Roo, has been very compassionate, understanding and supportive as our family helped one of our own recover from a bicycle vs. truck accident. I am not sure which was mentally worse for my brother-in-law the damage to his body or the trashed relatively new Quintana Roo (I think the damage to the bike). Brianna was especially helpful in enabling us to help get a new tri bike. It is wonderful to have the Hurleys head a local company that is so very in tune and supportive of local athletes.
Because of Ironman Chattanooga, they invited competitors over after business hours to show how bike were manufactured. I enjoyed the experience as my sister ride one of their products.
