Charles, we have no problem returning deposits within a reasonable time frame. We held the cars for over 3 weeks and passed up other buyers. We made several attempts but never came through with the deal and you ignored us so we ended up selling the cars. Never heard from you since until now. We returned $100 from previous and Mike had put in alot of time working with you.
Dealer misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. Dealer refuses to stand behind the vehicle. Dealer will not try to resolve the issues. Quinn Motors sold us a vehicle that they stated was in "very good condition, mechanically runs and drives great". Before even going to look at the vehicle I asked the salesman if all the services and repairs that are required by the manufacture had been done, he stated they had. Have been purchasing cars from Quinn since 2010, four in total including two Acura's a jeep and an Audi. None were priced above 6k and all are still on the road today. The only one with an issue after purchase was repaired under their optional warranty plan. I highly recommend this family run dealership and will continue to buy and have my cars serviced by them. Beth - Sorry to hear about your purchase on the 95 Toyota Camry. Unfortunately this vehicle did not come with a warranty. The vehicles at our lot with the price range under $1500 we do not have a warranty policy and we tell customers that we do not fix these cars and being sold with no warranty. We did inspect the car and showed you the list of things it needed including the valve cover gasket which is causing your oil leak.
