Incredibly rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Didn't let me finish my sentence and ask questions so that she could gain an understanding of what I was asking, nor did she ask questions to make sure she understood what we were aiming to accomplish. Cut me off abruptly and said she had another call. Entire call from start to finish was 4 minutes and that included the time for the receptionist to connect us and for me to be transferred back to the receptionist after I spoke with the attorney.
