Made appointment on a certain day and a certain time that was convenient for me and my work and for my clients. 2 days before the appointment I get an automatic reminder call that says the wrong time. I pushed the button to listen to it again but I accidentally pushed the button of cancelling the appointment.. no biggie I'll call the next day to get that taken care of when they open.
