Great customer service!! Had parts failure issue with my 9" rearend from them and they paid the shipping so I could send it back to them for inspection! I dealt with Max in customer service and he warrantied the parts for me! 100% recommend these guys!
this was my first time dealing with QP and wont be the last. there customer service is like no other sthey went out of there way to get me right and saved me alot of money in the process i will never buy a rear end from any other brand from the sales manager max all the way down to there phone reps everyone one of those guys are great
